All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our merchandise and for quality control reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

3. Damage Product
Exceptions will only be made in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue to jn_mf@aol.com, and we will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
4. Delivery
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
